About
Bruno D’Amico‑Silva
Institutional finance shaped the way I think about capital. Independence changed the way I work with it.
Bruno D'Amico-Silva is an American-Argentine economist with a background in institutional finance, credit derivatives and private capital.
Born in Rochester, New York, he graduated from UCEMA with a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2014 and is currently a CFA Level III Candidate.
Following JPMorgan, Bruno chose to work independently, applying that institutional foundation to help individuals and families organize investments, construct portfolios and approach long-term capital preservation with greater clarity and structure.
Blue Silver Capital reflects that transition: Institutional financial discipline delivered through a more personal, independent and long-term relationship.

Independent private capital practice focused on portfolio organization, capital preservation, family-office support and long-term financial decision-making.

Private Capital
Private Capital Requires More Than Investment Selection
As wealth becomes distributed across different assets, currencies and generations, financial decisions become increasingly difficult to coordinate.
Blue Silver Capital provides a central and independent perspective.
We help clients understand what they own, how their capital is positioned and which decisions may be required to preserve it over time.
Our approach is personal, measured and built around each client's circumstances, priorities and responsibilities.
Independent by Design
Blue Silver Capital is built around direct relationships, personal attention and independent judgment.
We are not a bank, brokerage firm or large asset-management institution. We do not custody client assets, process payments or sell standardized financial products.
Our purpose is simple: to help private capital become better understood, better organized and more intentionally preserved.
LONG-TERM CAPITAL REQUIRES LONG-TERM THINKING.
Financial complexity rarely comes from investments alone.
It comes from institutions, advisers, currencies, jurisdictions, family structures and time.
Blue Silver Capital helps bring those moving parts into a clearer financial framework.

INTELLIGENCE
Better Information. Better Decisions.
Throughout my career, I've become increasingly interested in one fundamental question: How can better information lead to better decisions?
Whether in financial markets, organizations or society, institutions ultimately depend on the quality of the information they collect, the incentives they create and the way uncertainty is understood.
That question has gradually expanded my interests beyond traditional finance into artificial intelligence, forecasting, predictive markets, polling, trust infrastructure, decision systems and proprietary data. I don't see these as separate disciplines, but as different ways of exploring the same challenge: building better information systems for a more complex world.
In 2026, after building my career in institutional finance and private capital, I'm deliberately dedicating more time to exploring these ideas. My goal is to investigate emerging technologies, challenge assumptions, develop new concepts and collaborate with people building the next generation of institutional infrastructure.
I'm particularly interested in exploring:
Forecasting & Collective Intelligence
Predictive Markets
Polling & Public Opinion
Trust & Verification Infrastructure
Decision Systems
Proprietary Data
Future of Work
Institutional Technology
Venture Creation
LET'S START A CONVERSATION
I believe many of the most interesting opportunities will emerge where finance, technology, economics and behavioral science intersect—where better information creates better judgment, and better judgment creates stronger institutions.

I'm always interested in thoughtful conversations with founders, venture investors, engineers, researchers, economists, product builders and academics who share an interest in these questions. Whether you're developing a company, conducting research, investing in emerging technologies or simply exploring similar ideas, I'd be pleased to connect.
I'm particularly interested in exchanging ideas around:
- —Professional data, verification and institutional trust
- —The future of work and organizational intelligence
- —AI-native news, information and media
- —Forecasting, prediction markets and collective intelligence
- —Public opinion, polling and sentiment
- —Proprietary datasets and better decision-making
- —New ventures, emerging ideas and early-stage opportunities
